Young, Wild and THREE! | Del Rio Child Photographer

There are certain points in a child's life when you wonder how in the world did they grow up so fast?!  Watching your babies grow is one of my greatest joys of being a child photographer.  When it comes to toddlers, for me, I'm amazed at how much they grow up from when I see them at 2 years and then 3.  Somewhere between that year, they shed the tiny bits of baby they have hanging on and start looking more like big girls or boys.  It's a bittersweet thing...you are so excited for all of the milestones they have achieved and at the same time sad that the time flew as quickly as it did.  The biggest part of it all is that you realize you don't have a baby anymore.

I met little Miss Tins last year at my Valentine Mini Sessions...she was on the brink of turning 2 and she kept us all on our toes!  We had a lot of fun together!  Fast forward a year, and in walks this soon-to-be three little girl.

Our time together was just as fun, and a special friend who was with us throughout the year at every session made a grand appearance once again....Mr. Lion.

A special feature of this session was that we custom painted her birthday background.  This was a first for me, and I'm blessed to have an amazing artist working side by side with me to turn my vision into a true work of one-of-a-kind art.  Thank you Kelli!

It's seriously such a joy to able to document the milestones of a child's life.   Thank you to Tinsley's parents for including Scrappy Doodles into so many of theirs!
