Watching kids grow a year older is a double edged sword.  It is exciting to see them grow a year older, but at the same time you realize just how quickly that year flew right by.  

Whether you hire a photographer or are a DIY'r, TAKE PICTURES of your kids!  Take pictures of those little freckles and out of control curls!  One day you might not see them on your precious kiddo because they grew out of it in a blink of an eye.  Also just as important, EXIST in your family's photos!  (Good time to add that I am more than happy to help you in that department!)  One day your family will be gathering photos and you might be surprised to see how many you are in.
